Change comes with pain

As the winter slowly turns towards summer here in the frozen north it balances on the thin line between melting and freezing. The bike paths become deadly traps which you need expert skill and loads of angles to care for you to make it through without falling off. The sun comes up earlier and stays up longer, these days you can even feel the warmth of it during the day. My studies have moved along nicely and not many exams left. I have one conference many patients and sample preparation to go. Our darling boy is growing in an amazing speed his head has grown and he talks more and more in his very own secret language. He almost rolled to his side at grandmothers in Helsinki.. But that has not happened here in Oulu.
This weekend we were supposed to rent a car and drive to Kalajoki to meet up with Elli, but we got sick and are home bound for the weekend. I am looking forward to just resting and gathering energy for the coming week.
Finding a house in Gainesville is not as easy as we thought.. everybody want's to rent for 3-months, nobody ever thought some one might only want to stay for 2-month period.. well we will leave this matter with other pressing issues to God and try our best to work on them when we can.
My family disaster as my mother calls it has reached a point where everybody has found a direction and are headed that way. I have much to say about it, but don't think it is a issue to post online. Please pray for my family at this very challenging time.

Here is our lovely rocking chair, which we enjoy muchly.. A lovely coffee table anyone willing to take?? we have one waiting to be taken away.. The rocking chair arm rests were cracked as we got the chair.. 

I thought that I better contact the maker to ask if this is usual to their chairs, knowing full well that their professional pride (60 years of family business in rocking chair making) would not allow this kind of mistakes on their products. I suggested that the crack had appeared due to drying of the material. They were absolutely positively sure the crack was due to mishandling during transport.. So I sent them pictures and contacted our chair salesman.. and now we are waiting for a new chair. This one already took 2*the time they told us to arrive.. I wonder when we will receive the replacement one. This one is not bad or unusable, just faulty and I feel that we really should have class 1 quality since it was bought new..
